1. Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can. But we will charge double price for samples, it will return back after ordering.
 
2. How can I place an order?
First you can choose our items on website or in our showroom, let us know the color and quantities of each items, then we will send Proforma Invoice to you for confirmation.

3. Can you give warranty of your products?
Yes, we extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee of all our products shipped. Pls feel free to feedback us immediately if you are not satisfied with quality or services.

4. What if there's quality problem when we get the goods?
If there's quality problem when you un-package the goods, you can take pictures for our reference, our QC department will check the problem and give best solutions to you, namely replace some parts and fittings, etc. Furthermore we will aslo take action to improve the quality in furture.

5. If i go to China to place order, what kind of service will you afford?
We are always with great pleasure at your service. We would book hotel reservation and make a schedule for you in advance. Our interpreter and driver will pick up you at the hotel, and then accompany you to visit the factories and market, and assist you with product sourcing.

6. Can i visit your factory?
Of course, our factory and showroom are in shenzhen City, if you want to visit our factory, pls contact us to make an appoinment.
